Mary Longe creates multimedia artworks with an eye on the current socio-political experience. With years of painting urban and bucolic plein air landscapes, Longe delves deeper, creating 2 and 3-D figures, collages and dioramas depicting the complex lives intertwined in them.
Longe is the former Executive Director for the Plein Air Painters Chicago.
