Montrose Harbor is located on the northern edge of Lincoln Park, a short walk from Montrose Beach. With a great neighborhood feel, Montrose offers outstanding northern views of the skyline, a strong dinghy fleet, and friendly boaters that call the harbor home. Painters will be located all around the harbor area.

Paint Out: Lincoln Park Conservatory

The conservatory is a painting challenge! The gardens are beautiful and the fountain is a treat! If the conservatory area is not your thing, the zoo is right next door and the Shakespeare Garden is across the street. Restrooms in the conservatory and zoo; street parking but difficult. Zoo offers paid parking.

Paint out: Riverwalk

Riverwalk Wabash and Wacker, Chicago, Il

We will be meeting on the riverfront at Michigan and Wacker near O’Brien’s Restaurant. It’s a wonderful river view, full of boats, people, and many Chicago buildings and cafes. There’s also a beautiful view of the Wrigley Building. There are public bathrooms along the riverwalk.

Dempster and Chicago Avenue. This paint out happens during the Evanston Plein Air Festival. Dempster Ave has fun storefronts and colorful graffiti west of the train tracks. Beautiful homes line the north/south streets of Judson and Hinman, east of Chicago Ave.
